Your body is constantly sending you messages. Are you paying attention? In this course you will discover the depth of the extraordinary relationship between the mind and body, and just how feelings, thoughts and attitudes affect you physically.

We cry tears when we are sad or get an upset stomach when we are nervous, but what happens when your body gets ill, diseased, or damaged? The body shows us whatever we are unconsciously ignoring, denying or repressing, so through the language of symptoms we find the psychological and/or emotional issues that are influencing our health and creating illness. Mastering this language will dramatically increase your potential for recovery.

You will discover the intricate and intimate links between mental states and specific parts of your body, how unresolved psycho-emotional issues can affect your physical health, and how to understand your internal message system.

By exploring the meaning of psychoneuroimmunology (the relationship between the mind, the nervous and immune systems) you will learn how to interpret the language of your own bodymind and what is needed to bring healing. This opens the door to a deeper level of understanding of your whole being.
