Big Idea #1: Live From Love, Not From Fear
Sheva's loving connection with the children she worked with kept going because of the HeartMath practices – the work convinced her mind it was worth doing!
Big Idea #2: Follow Your Heart Intelligence
In the heart is a brain with it’s own transmitters, intrinsic nervous system, and proteins – follow your heart and listen to it!
This is not just poetic advice: there’s intelligence and power in your heart. Each heart cell is its own battery! Did you know that each cell will beat on its own, and can also beat in rhythm with all other cells?!
The intelligent centers within our brain are concerned with keeping our body alive and paying our bills. We want more of our heart intelligence to come through and instruct us!
Big Idea #3: Does Life Suck?
It's our response that determines whether life sucks or not. It is a choice.
What really sucks is when we're cruel to ourselves and live constantly in the stress response. Stress is not life; stress is our response to life.
The stress response is part of our intelligence and does help us in an immediate survival threat. We're just not meant to live from our inner 9-1-1 every time we get an email or phone call!
By choosing and taking on these HeartMath exercises and approaches, you can shift your physiology, and then that energy trickles out into your relationships and your worklife - everything can change!
We are meant to live in a state of harmony, peace and balance and that’s here for us anytime we access the heart!
