Big Idea #1: Identifying Your Feminine Essence

Don’t try to fit into the mold of what the feminine is supposed to be. Instead, find what feels right for you, and then trust that that your feminine essence is rocking.

When you’re connected to your feminine essence, you’re *pleasurably engaged* and feeling true joy in your body. Look to find a pleasurably engaged experience in little things.

People don’t usually have long stretches of time to immerse themselves in things. But we all have lots of tiny little moments throughout the day. Find little opportunities to infuse pleasure into your day-to-day activates.

Big Idea #2: Practicing Pleasure

Pleasure comes in many shapes and sizes but the pleasure Michaela speaks on is when your body is alive, your heart open, and your being is wide and bright.

When the pleasure is less localized, it’s better for your whole being. Anytime pleasure is focused in one specific area, it reduces the totality of what’s available.

How do you practice pleasure? Feel as much, and as deep, and as wide all around (and within) you for those things that are physically, emotionally, spiritually, sexually, and sensually pleasurable for you.

The more energy that goes up and into a woman’s head, the less energy that is available in her body. What makes a women embodied in pleasure is to feel the totality of her being. For that most women have to practice brining the energy down by breathing deep into the belly. Don’t be concerned about bringing your belly out. It also helps to move your hips, sides, and toes – feel them!

Big Idea #3: Surrendering

To relieve the tightness in our bodies and fully feel the pleasure of our feminine essence, sometimes we need to surrender.

The willingness to surrender is directly related to how much trust we have. Some of us were raised in environments where there’s an innate trust. Some of us had to be trained to be trusting. And some of us are just not trusting at all.

When you have a good trustworthy partner surrendering feels fantastic.

We can also surrender to ourselves but that requires that we trust ourselve to keep our shit together. Surrendering is important but it’s also hard because it requires a container we can surrender into.
