Think back to childhood: what brought you joy? what were you obsessed with? what would you lose yourself in for hours?

Now that you're an adult: what do you do when you lose track of time? what are you doing when you're annoyed people interrupt you?

Finish this sentence: "if it weren’t so crazy I would…"

If you see something or an event online or in the newspaper that you used to love doing, try it out again!

Just keep your eyes open: look for clues, they will come. The act of honoring a passion in your life will open all kinds of doors and paths you never thought possible!

Big Idea #2: It's the Quality of Relationships

It's not the number of friends we have, but the quality of relationships in our lives that contribute to a longer life. All the positive interactions with human beings are deposits into ourselves.

Develop the habit of acknowledging how important interactions with others are! We are meant to be blessed by contact with other people!

Big Idea #3: Make "Someday" Today!

It’s so easy for us to put things off – our society even encourages it: "once I've retired, when the kids have grown up, once I’ve done this..."

We don’t realize we can get started doing things now! Anything we dream or when we say “someday” – is there any way we can start doing it this week!
