In this course you will learn how to integrate your mystical and practical soul powers and create a life you love!
Here are a few of our favorite Big Ideas from Week 5:
Big Idea #1: Zipper's #1 Mystical Practice
There are many mystical practices to enhance your relationship with inner intelligence, but Julie Zipper's #1 choice is: Meditation!
Yes, you can use meditation to transcend reality, control your thoughts, and other goodness, but Zipper says the #1 motivator for her meditation practice is listening.
Meditation allows us to listen to our inner selves. Period!

Big Idea #2: God's Work
Task lists aren't usually mystical, right!?
Its usually just a whole lot of doing, doing, doing!
If you want to integrate your Mystical/Practical self try this technique by Christine Hassler:
Draw a line down the middle of a sheet of paper.
-On the left side write down a task(s) that needs to get done within your control.
ex., Call a company about a billing error.
-On the right side, write down what you are requesting of god in this task(s).
ex., Pray to encounter a customer service agent who is honest and receptive to your feedback.
We can sometimes experience anxiety about something that needs to be done, not realizing that some aspect of the task can be shared with god/universe/higher intelligence.
Higher power assistance always arrive on time!
Big Idea #3: Compartmentalize!
We may lean more towards mystical or practical, but these ways of being do not define us. They only describe our behavior.
Revelation: We are not our behavior.
We are essence, potential, and and the full expression of all that is good in the universe.
Let's try not to get caught in the game of labels.
Let's try to lean into who we were born to become and go from there!
We hope you enjoyed this course and look forward to connecting with you again!
