Soul Mission is about answering the big questions. "Why am I here?" "What
is my purpose?" "What can I give to the world?" "What am I being called to become?" This course is Alan's answer to these questions!

Here are a few of our favorite Big Ideas from Week 3:

Big Idea #1: Your Soul Mission Fills Your Being

Now that you've determined what your soul mission is, imagine the energy of that soul mission floating over you. Feel it descending into your head and floating down, permeating your thoughts. Feel your thoughts fuse with the energy of your soul mission.

Now bring the mission down into your forehead, into the space between your eyes. Envision yourself living your soul mission. You can imagine what it will now be like to experience different areas of your life, driven by your mission.

Bring your soul mission down to the base of your neck, where you can give it a voice. Giving an energy sound brings it closer to manifestation, as you speak something it begins to become more real

Now bring it down into your heart center. Breathe your soul mission into your heart. Your heart allows your soul mission to align with all aspects of your existence.

Continue on down to the solar plexus and recognize your soul mission as the source of your personal, authentic power. Recognize it as your truth. It’s what makes you an individual.

Bring it down into your pelvic region and recognize your soul mission as the source of your passion and as the fundamental energy that drives your relationship with the world.

Bring it down into the bottom part of your body. See that the soul mission is your life force energy, the fuel that drives you.

Now, feel the soul mission going down through the bottom of your feet into the ground. Your soul mission now connects you solidly to the earth, it becomes both your grounding and your flight.

Big Idea #2: Declaring Your Soul Mission

To declare your soul mission to the world, begin with the powerful words I am. State your name. Then, declare your mission. It should sound like: “I am Richard Steingard, and I reveal the truth.”

Having declared your soul mission, ask it what it wants from you as the first step of embodying it in the world.

Now, stay with the response, and ask it any other questions that come to mind about what you have to do to bring the energy that it provides out into the world. When your soul mission gives you an answer, ask another question. Engage your soul mission in an ongoing dialogue

Big Idea #3: Your Future Self

Stand up. Imagine yourself twenty years in the future. There you are, fully living your soul mission.

Look at your future self. Ask yourself how you got to be where you are. Look into your future eyes and fully feel their energy. Ask yourself what has been the most important thing in terms of what you have accomplished

Ask your future self what advice it has for you.

Then, looking into your future self’s eyes, take a step forward. Step into your future self. Look back at your old self. Notice how your energy has shifted.

What do you know now that you’re a full embodiment of your soul mission? What do you need to do to embody this energy over the next six months? What needs to be the focus of your thought and energy over the next thirty days? Ask your future self what advice it has for you. Consider also what needs to be done over the next twenty-four hours. Make notes on the instructions you’ve been given.
