“With the creation of LifeJournal software in the 1990s, Ruth established herself as a pioneer in the field of journal writing. “I joined Ruth Folit’s International Association of Journal Writer’s well over a year ago and have taken part in webinars and writing practice hosted by Ruth via telephone. I am currently taking part in a journaling group online which is led by her. Ruth is very professional and also warm and approachable in the way she deals with people and their personal writing.  She is also perceptive in her feedback to participants on the course, and I feel reached another level in my journaling by using some of her suggestions.  I will no doubt be doing more courses in the future.”
