In our rapidly changing culture, claiming and defining who we are as women, as feminine, spiritual and sexual beings, as lovers, mothers, friends and partners has become increasingly difficult and confusing. Reconciling the demands and wants of career, purpose and achievement with the deep yearnings of our innermost wild and tender heart requires a knowing of one’s gift and the tools to cultivate them. This course will guide you towards defining and reclaiming your unique feminine gifts and capacities. Uncovering the wild, untamed nature of a woman connected to life, the earth, her sexuality and intuition. Defining ways to offer these gifts to yourself, your lover and the world.

Week 1. Flow and Power: Feminine Essence and Capacities
- Discovering the Wild Woman within. Reclaiming your unique expressions.
- Honoring both your masculine and feminine sides and learning when to use which.
Week 2. Flavors and Textures
- The Maiden, Woman, Crone Archetypes. The Wild, Sensual and Dark Flavors.
Week 3. Fangs and a Tender Heart: Moment by Moment Feedback and Expression
- Responsiveness of body, mind and soul. Connecting to and trusting of our deep knowing.
Week 4. Dancing your Body in the World: Feminine Sexual and Spiritual Practice
- Fuller, wider, lighter! Deeper, darker, wilder!
Week 5. Behind your strongest closure lies your biggest gift.
- Practices for flow, power and grace. Deep surrender and strong intention.

About Michaela Boehm
Michaela Boehm is among the most gifted counselors and teachers to be found globally today. Dedicated to Women’s Expression and Growth she has been leading Women’s Groups for the last 13 years. Born and raised in Austria, Michaela received her education in Psychology from the University of Vienna and received further extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnosis, NLP, and Yoga. Upon moving to the United States in 1994, Michaela quickly became counselor to the stars in Hollywood, California, working and traveling with the world’s best-known celebrities, including actors, producers, writers, musicians, and international business founders. Michaela began studying with David Deida in 1997 and in 2007 began co-teaching with him, focusing on Women’s practices and empowerment in the 21st Century. Michaela is currently the only counselor in the world personally trained and authorized by David Deida.
Recently, Michaela began making available her unique services to those outside the Hollywood elite, offering women’s workshops, couples intensives, relationship counseling, and co-ed trainings.
