Seek The Bear:
A Story-Map For Transforming Your Life
with David Robinson
Course Overview
You are the storyteller of your life. You narrate and interpret every experience, every moment, every day of your life. Your memories are not passive, your imaginings betray a specific point of view. What you believe is possible, what you see as a limitation is unique to you: it’s your story and you’re telling it through your thoughts and how they drive the actions of your life. Truths are often simply stated and this one is ancient: Change your story, change your world.
At some point, each of us comes face-to-face with our story and when we do, we have the choice to retreat further into hiding or to take off the mask, turn around, and walk toward the adventure. This is to seek the bear. Until recently, people passed maps from generation to generation to serve as guides through this quest for the bear. People have for centuries understood that wholeness, power, and creativity are immediately available when they recognize that life is not happening to them, rather they are actively creating the story of their life. Paradoxically, the maps are stories! Sadly, we’ve forgotten how to read the maps; we’ve lost the guidance and connectivity available in stories.
You can learn to tell a different story. Artist, master coach and storyteller David Robinson has helped thousands of people become conscious of their story, locate it within a greater story map and begin consciously creating the life they intend.
In this 4-week class work with David Robinson as he tells an ancient story, teases it apart, and reveals the universal aspects and actions necessary to better see, become conscious of, and transform your unique personal or organizational story.

“I have learned practices that I can apply to my life immediately. When I
catch myself falling into old patterns of behavior, I'm instantly able to
recognize the pattern of behavior and change that pattern. Learning to
"recognize my way out of patterns rather than repeat them" was - in and of
itself - worth the price....”
— Sally Robertson
"I learned so much today. I am in awe of how you always bring exactly what I need when I need it. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Incredible"
