Praise for Laura Fenamore
"As far as I'm concerned, Laura is an absolute treasure. I don't know what I would have done without her unbelievable support. She cares deeply about the work she does through One Pinky. She's been there. She knows what it's like to hear the siren call of food, to lose 100 pounds, and then to realize that's not the end of the journey. Through her own search for healing, she's developed a truly empathetic and insightful approach to losing weight by learning to love oneself. That's the heart of if, at least for me. But there's so much more to discover by taking the One Pinky course. Through Laura's weekly lessons I've learned to value who I am and what I have to contribute; to believe in the wondrous miracle of my body and its ability to release the fat that has trapped me for so long; to acknowledge my power to change and choose the life I've always wanted. And yes, I know I am loved. But the most important lesson I've learned from Laura's wise counsel and probing questions is I am enough just as I am. Knowing I am enough has filled up that hole inside which I used to stuff with food. It has given me sustenance for this life journey. And that makes me a OnePinky for life."
“Thank you for helping me to see how wonderful I am! I have released over 45 pounds of body fat since we first talked in January. You helped me to move to a different path in my life and I am helping others to see the potential in theirs. I feel wonderful and love the life I am living. I love every inch of the person I am. Thank you so much for your powerful words of affirmation, your insight and your love! Thank you for giving me a new way to look at life!”
“Look at what I was able to achieve in my 50s, thanks to Laura Fenamore. 80 lbs. gone FOREVER. Laura taught me tools and there is no turning back now. I never thought this was possible until I met Laura and worked through Body Image Mastery.”
“Since going through Laura’s program, I am living more intentionally and I find myself often setting daily intentions, something I never did before. Previously, I had positive self-esteem surrounding my mind and my spirit, but I viewed my body as an enemy to be conquered. I now get the mind-body-spirit connection, and I view my body as a constant, loyal companion to be appreciated and nurtured. I’ve learned to listen to what my body is telling me, and to give it the nourishment and movement that it’s asking for (at least, most of the time). When I do give in and indulge in foods that aren’t the healthiest, I enjoy them and do not let the old story of guilt distract from the enjoyment.”
