Stu Zimmerman, former stock broker and hedge fund manager, spent almost 20 years seeking to acquire security, wealth and self worth through financial means. When his wife was diagnosed with cancer (ultimately terminal), he learned firsthand what millions of dollars could not buy. So, he set forth to discover real security and wealth... beyond money.

About Stu Zimmerman
Stuart Zimmerman entered the high profile investment community with a BS degree in Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University, where he graduated first in his class and received The Wall Street Journal Award for Finance.
After a decade as a stock broker and options trader, Stu worked from 1991 to 1996 for a private investment advisor where he was second in command. During his tenure, assets increased two hundred fold.
In 1997, Stu founded his own investment firm, Zimco Advisors, a registered investment advisor through which he managed over $30 million in the stock market for high net worth individuals and small institutions. At the height of his personal and professional success, Stuart's wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He realized that true security and wealth is not measured in dollars. Moved by new priorities for his life, he liquidated his business to know joy and purpose beyond financial wealth.
In fall 2002, Stu founded Inner Securities, Inc., a private wealth coaching and training firm, based on the principles outlined in the landmark book he co-authored with Jared Rosen, Inner Security and Infinite Wealth: Merging Self Worth and Net Worth (Select Books, 2003). In 2005, he founded In Joy Media, Inc., a multi-media content provider created to bring more joy to people’s lives. He has been the host of the critically-acclaimed Inside Wealth radio show, interviewing remarkable and diverse guests such as Deepak Chopra, Tony LaRussa, George Zimmer and Ken Fisher.
Stu is Vice-Chairman of the Keiretsu Forum Charitable Foundation. He is also the founder/director of Share the Wealth Foundation, a charitable enterprise created to educate and empower people to greater self-esteem, personal responsibility and social entrepreneurship.
Stu lives with his family in Northern California.
