Patricia Albere is a transformational educator & contemporary spiritual teacher with a passionate focus on Evolutionary Relationships and transformation through collective consciousness. For the last 40 years, her core commitment has been to teach from the emerging edge of consciousness, awakening others to the profound depths and infinitive wisdom possible between two or more people connected to something higher and greater.

Patricia is the founder of the Evolutionary Collective, a new model for awakened community  and the creation of an inter-subjective field of intimacy, truth, mutuality and depth that allows the participants to transform inside of an intense and accelerated collective field.

She is also the host for the popular  Evolutionary Collective Conversations — a bi-monthly global webcast where today’s top evolutionary leaders join Patricia for dynamic on-line dialogues.

Her extraordinary mastery with both group and collective fields of consciousness comes from her vast experience working with over 150,000 people during the course of  her career beginning in 1971, when unknowingly Albere found herself on the leading edge of the human potential movement. She was a core member of the est organization (currently called Landmark Education). Working with cultural icon and pioneer of the transformation movement, Werner Erhard, Albere played a key role in developing and training the organization’s leaders. Through her work with Erhard, the foundation was laid for Albere’s passionate commitment to mastering what really makes human life meaningful—“My commitment is to facilitate real transformation, such that a person’s life is irrevocably changed, and they are capable and committed to living from the edge of their true potential.”

By age 33, Albere was highly revered as a public speaker, transformational teacher and workshop leader having already touched the lives of thousands of people. Her inquiry into human transformation would continue with an additional piece—a profound personal relationship that would serve as a catalyst for her current work with evolutionary relationships and mutuality.

A chance meeting with a man who would become her partner of four years opened up pathways for Albere to discover life-transforming potentials in the area of intimacy, wholehearted commitment and the possibility for  the deep, multi-dimensional connection between two people that can result in a form of spiritual awakening. “For the first time I experienced the limitless potential that can exist between two human beings. We pushed the boundaries of love, moving through all the challenges that arise in any relationship and traversing the various potentials of our own consciousness. And from there I was shown a new paradigm of relating and awakening that’s possible for us all.”

Adding to this understanding, Albere spent the next twenty years both in deep study and continuous teaching, working with highly committed groups of leaders and innovators. She immersed herself in the teachings of various ancient to contemporary wisdom traditions that included such profound content as the study of Diamond Heart (A.H Almaas), the Enneagram, which she turned into an intensive five-year training, utilizing its wisdom as tools for transformation, and in the works of those on the leading edge of evolutionary transformation such as Andrew Cohen (Evolutionary Enlightenment), Don Beck (Spiral Dynamics) and Ken Wilbur (Integral Theory), to name a few.

Albere’s awakening to this new paradigm of relatedness has catapulted her into the forefront of an evolutionary spiritual and cultural movement. As founder of the Evolutionary Collective (EC), she launched the ground-breaking vessel for in-depth exploration of the collective field in action. Through the EC, Albere offers a transformational, educational institute that is opening people to a radical shift in inter-connectedness through teachings, talks, web-casts and via live and virtual workshops. Additionally, her bi-monthly Evolutionary Collective Conversations via internet radio serves as a mouthpiece for sharing this transformational and cultural edge.

Most recently Albere has brought the EC model into joint partnership with philosopher, teacher, writer, Jeff Carreira, a long-time student and colleague of spiritual evolutionary, Andrew Cohen, to bring forth an ever-deepening expansion of the EC. Together for the first time, these two change-agents are merging their mutual gifts, strengths, years of experiential learning and teaching in the fields of personal and group evolutionary transformation.  Their intention is to create a powerful field of shared consciousness that will reveal potentials for human development that can move humanity far beyond the limits of personal growth.

Patricia lives in  New York City & Santa Fe, New Mexico and teaches throughout the United States. Her book, Evolutionary Relationships, is expected to be released in 2012.
