Whether you are new to the concept of detoxification or a veteran cleanser, this course will provide you with your next steps. What You'll Learn
Class #1: Introduction to Toxicity.
In the first class we establish the fundamental precepts of toxicity and the process of purposeful detoxification. By the end of this class you will have gained essential clarity on the process of detoxification and be able to answer the following questions:
- What is Toxicity?
- What are its symptoms?
- Why is excess weight largely waste?
- How can one determine how much waste is in their system?
- What creates and causes obstruction in the body and what are the effects?
- What is the role of genetics in toxicity?
- What specifically supports a life-generating environment? What specifically triggers the demise of a life generating environment in the body and leads to decay?
- How can the decay or “life-deteriorating” cycle be halted and/or avoided?
- How specifically does the body communicate and how can we create a smarter dialogue with our bodies?
- What is truly human food?
- What exactly is Life Force Energy and how can we harness it to transform ourselves inside and out?
Class #2: The Solution to Toxicity.
In the first class we learned how toxicity takes hold of the human body. In this class you will learn the two-step process for undoing the damage and renewing the system. The method is precise and profoundly empowering! In this class you will learn:
- The two-fold solution to systematically and effectively remove the accumulated toxicity from your physical body, triggering a release of emotional and energetic toxicity as well.
- How to tailor this process to your unique state of body.
- How to know if you are detoxifying well or if adjustments are needed.
- How to create the most efficacious cleanse for yourself.
- How to reconnect with the interconnected web of life, opening the flood gates that allow priceless Life Force Energy to flow abundantly through you.
- How to re-order life priorities and your world view to ensure you remain connected to this power.
- The difference between true nourishment and imitation energy.
- How to overcome food addictions.
- The litmus test to know if a substance is addictive.

Class #3: Rules of Digestion
The state of our digestive tract determines the state of being of our entire body. Our blood and organs depend on a strong, fast flowing digestive system to maintain clean, alkaline blood and unburdened organs. Detoxification depends fully on the digestive system staying in flow and non-septic! In this class we will discuss the essential rules and tools to super-charge the central highway of your body! A few of the areas we will go into in detail are:
- Food combining essentials.
- Why food combining is the best weight loss tool.
- Why acid reflux, constipation, migraine and IBS sufferers need to practice good food combining.
- Which rules of food combining matter more than others.
- How to master food combining without driving yourself crazy.
- The meaning and importance of “food order.”
- The best standard for measuring the health benefits of foods.
Class #4: Factors of a Modern World
Our world and our bodies are not as alkaline as they were just 30 years ago. With the electro-magnetic charge inside our bodies and in the air and water becoming more positively ionically-charged, a whole host of new issues have taken hold in the modern body that were not nearly as prevalent in the past. In this class you’ll learn what has caused this shift and why it is critical to your health and essential to an efficacious cleanse to know how to apply this knowledge to your cleansing process. In this class we will cover:
- Ionic charge and the effects of positive ionic-charge vs. negative ionic-charge.
- The micro and macro cosmic impact of this electro-magnetic shift.
- The impact of yeast and acidity.
- How to most efficiently eradicate yeast and other by-products of an acidic system.
- How to determine the extent to which you may be acidic and/or supporting yeast in your system.
- The concept of biomass and the changing biomass of all planetary species, particularly what it means to us and our food supply and diet.
- How to know if you are alkaline or acidic without being tested.
- How alkalinity vs. acidity affect your outer appearance.
Class #5: The Alimentary Canal -- Perils and Symptoms of a Congested Tract
Familiarity with your entire alimentary tract from beginning to end and the role each section plays in moving and assimilating substances is elementary to good internal hygiene. What may at first glance sound like dull subject matter will become exciting and critical when you learn how empowering it is to know how to manage the intake and elimination of your digestive system. You will learn:
- Where food is in your digestive system based on what you consumed and when.
- How to overcome all manner of digestive imbalances and how to work with the various imbalances specifically (acid reflux, gas, colitis, diverticulitis, constipation, etc.).
- The anatomy of waste elimination in the large intestine.

- How many colonics to incorporate into your detoxification program.

Class #6: Practical Personal Application of Detoxification
Now that the fundamentals have been established, we can use this class to help each student create the best cleanse protocol for themselves. I will walk you through the fool-proof method for creating your ideal personalized cleanse using markers, such as:
- Your history of accumulation.
- Your potential for yeast overgrowth.
- Your taste preferences.
- Your lifestyle.
- The limitations you’ve identified
- The speed at which you can effectively cleanse without running into problems.
- How to gage when to speed up or slow down your detoxification.
Class #7: Physical Education
Weight loss is a natural part of detoxification but different for everyone. In this class we will address weight loss and what detoxers of different ages and body types can expect with regard to weight loss. I will also offer tips and tricks to tip the scales in your favor. We will also discuss the various exercise modalities to shed light on which forms are most supportive of detoxification. Other topics that fall into this class are:
- Feeding the clean-celled athlete.
- Vitamin and whole food Supplements.
- How the body prioritizes healing.
- Exercises that drain rather than regenerate.
- Tips for a streamlined physique.
- What to eat before exercising to maximize your workouts.
Class #8: Understanding and Reversing Chronic and Acute Conditions
With so many people suffering with chronic symptoms and sadly, dire conditions, this class aims to shed much needed light on how to read specific organ diseases and apply specific dietary variations on the detox diet that will prevent and help reverse these ailments. You will learn:
- The reasons people develop certain organ diseases over others.
- The dietary nuances to help reverse the various organ diseases.
- Dietary and lifestyle essential tips for cancer prevention
- What measures must be taken in our modern world to neutralize radiation and to prevent ourselves from growing biologically weaker.
