What You'll Learn

Session 1: Your Brilliant Body

This interactive session lays out the foundation and principles for the workshop. In this section we set intentions and learn how to have an “integrative conversation” between our conscious mind, our somatic awareness or “body-brain,” and the sub-conscious information stored in our body and accessed through feeling.

Session 2:  Living In Spin How and Why You Disconnect From Your Body

This session shows why and how we separate from our body’s intelligence and discusses the psychological, perceptual and cultural consciousness, based in fear and mistrust of feelings in the body, and how that may be holding us back from creating what we want.

We will identify “Viral” beliefs and negative patterns we want to leave behind.

Session 3:  Whole Body Inquiry Assessing How Connected You Are to Your Body and its Wisdom.

We will do inquiry processes designed to help participants discover and begin to increase their awareness of how connected or disconnected they are to their body.

We use the Body Biography process , an exercise to bring awareness to our lifetime patterns, voice tones and inflections, physical gestures, postures, involuntary movements, breathing, pattern etc, so we can leave old ways behind.

Session 4: Learning How to Access Information from Your Body

In this session I present the Self Evident Truth (SET) technique, a simple four-step process for restoring contact between the mind and body. We will examine the basic dynamics of thinking citing the ancient teachings of the Yoga Sutras which state that all beings have upward (ascending) or downward (descending) energy movements.

I show how these movements are directly related to our thoughts, desires and beliefs and have us make plans and goals from fear vs. passion, purpose and our innate wisdom. Each person will practice stating their goals and desires and discovering fears and negative beliefs that they could be holding in their body.

Session 5:  Applying Whole Body Consciousness to Transform Every Area of Your Life

This session helps participants apply the tools learned in previous sessions to deepen and transform their lives. We addresses Cross Purposes, or a life purpose that is really not our own.  I then lead a guided inquiry to help them assess their current life purpose and also reclaim and believe in and embody their unique value.

I teach participants a four-step Whole Body Communication Process for creating deeper intimacy in relationships and assess the health (or dysfunction) of specific relationships; the degree to which they withhold or “edit” their authentic selves in specific relationships; the reasons behind this; and the negative consequences of it.

I will also show how to use WBC to boost health, wealth and creativity and design their life with proven systems, charts and Life CEO process.  Last I share a daily ritual to maintain and set the tone of WBC daily.
